Sparky’s BBQ is a family-run mobile BBQ business serving Central Virginia fairs, festivals, breweries, vineyards, and select private events. After purchasing the business three years ago, we’ve been building on the reputation Sparky’s earned on the local fair and festival scene while shaping its next chapter for the future.

A Familiar Name, a New Chapter.

For more than a decade, Sparky’s BBQ was a familiar sight on the Central Virginia fair and festival circuit. When we purchased the business, we knew we wanted to preserve what people already loved about Sparky’s while investing in a new trailer and refreshed look that better reflects where the business is headed.

The old trailer helped build the name. The new orange trailer is built for the next chapter: faster service, better visibility, and a setup designed for busy event crowds.
